Meredith Endres- Commodore
My name is Meredith, and I am a Junior majoring in Global Health and Politics on a pre-med track. I am from Alexandria, VA, and I have sailed most of my life, but my first racing experiences were with Tribe Sailing during my freshman year. Last year I served as our team’s Vice Commodore and I have loved stretching my sailing knowledge and working more with teaching beginners. This team is my happy place at the College, and one of my favorite memories is surfing down waves during a windy North Carolina regatta.
Meredith Timm- Secretary
My name is Meredith Timm, and I am a junior studying Biology and Chemistry on a pre-med track. I am from Herndon, VA. I hadn’t sailed before joining our team as a freshman, but I have enjoyed learning how to sail and getting to know the team. I’m happy to be back as the secretary again this year!
Eric Johnson- Fleet Captain
My name is Eric, and I am a sophomore studying Physics and Math. I am from Arlington, VA. I grew up sailing in Cape Cod and racing in Annapolis and the DC area. I joined the team as a freshman, served as the Sailing Operations Chair for one year, and now have turned my talents to maintaining our beautiful fleet of Z420s and motorboats.
Charlotte Stillman- Vice Commodore
My name is Charlotte, and I am a sophomore studying Computer Science. I’m originally from New York, where I grew up sailing on the Hudson River, but I’ve since moved to Norfolk, VA, where I sailed competitively throughout high school. Since joining this team as a freshman, I’ve had a great time attending regattas, teaching beginner sailors, and making friends. I’m excited to serve as Vice Commodore this year and help keep this team great!
Kinsey Gore- Team Activities Chair (TAC)
My name is Kinsey, I am a sophomore studying English and Film. I am from Richmond, VA. I grew up sailing on the West River in Galesville, MD in the summers but had never been on a team before coming to W&M. Since I joined my freshman year, this team has provided me with an amazing community where I’ve met some of my best friends! I am so excited to serve as co-TAC and plan some fun events for the team.
Harry Rohne- Treasurer
My name is Harry, and I am a Junior studying Government and Hispanic Studies. I’m from New York, NY, and have been enjoying sailing for nearly ten years, since I first stepped on a boat one Connecticut summer. Tribe Sailing has been my favorite activity at William & Mary after joining my first semester, freshman year. During my nearly three years on the team, I’ve greatly improved my racing skills and loved competing against other universities in a more relaxed, friendly environment. Previously, I served as Fundraising Chair, and have now graduated to Treasurer. I am looking forward to another great year with the team. As my home state likes to say, “Excelsior!” or, ever upward.
Natalie Chenard- Team Activities Chair (TAC)
Hi! My name is Natalie, and I’m so excited to serve as co-TAC! I am a sophomore studying psychology and Italian. I’m from Norfolk, Massachusetts, but I grew up going to a sailing camp in Newport, Rhode Island. Joining this team my freshman year was one of the best decisions I could have made; this team is truly my family and I couldn’t be happier to be on the executive board!
Fin Knight- Sailing Operations Chair (SOC)
Hi, my name is Fin Knight. I am the new Sailing Operations Chair. I am a freshman planning on majoring in physics. I am from Washington, D.C. and have been sailing since I was seven. Over the past two summers, I have been teaching Opti and 420 racing.
